Engage24 aimed to increase EAT Restaurant’s email newsletter subscriber base while driving awareness and attendance for upcoming events.
We implemented an in-restaurant offline marketing campaign using bill inserts that encouraged patrons to subscribe to the restaurant’s email newsletter by entering a competition. The inserts also promoted upcoming events, ensuring continuous engagement with diners.
A key driver of success was the waiter staff incentive program, where servers were rewarded for actively encouraging patrons to participate. The top-performing waiter received a monetary bonus or extra time off, fostering enthusiasm and maximizing participation.
The Engage24 team handled everything from bill insert design, printing, delivery, competition landing page creation, newsletter design & management to promotion across the client’s social media channels.
