Terms and Conditions
These general Terms & Conditions along with our standard terms (if applicable) for the relevant services purchased, which are incorporated by reference, make up the agreement between us.
The agreement is valid from when you place an order or accept a quotation from us and will continue until terminated or the project/request is completed.
In order to provide the best service you must either purchase a web hosting package from us, or issue us with login details for your external web hosting prior to commencement of the project.
We will only commence work after we have received a 50% deposit. Once the project or job is completed, we will only launch the website in a live environment / provide the final artwork once you have paid the remaining 50%. Deposits are non-refundable. The second payment on any project is due on the date specified in your invoice, unless the delay has been caused by Engage24. We will not entertain late payment when the delay to a project has been due to the client.
You must pay us the fees specified on time. Fees will become due and payable once we issue an invoice, unless stated otherwise. You must pay the fees in the manner described on the invoice. If you fail to pay the fees we reserve the right to remove any content we have created for your site until such time as the fees are fully paid.
If your payment is not received following 3 warning notifications and suspension, we will charge a late fee of 10% to cover our internal overheads and that of any debt collection agency that may be assigned to collect the debt from you.
Annual Price Increases
You accept that we will apply annual price increases to keep up with fluctuations in pricing from our suppliers and service partners, imposed due to ever-changing global market conditions. These are typically between 5-20% per year and will apply from 1 January or 1 March, depending on client billing structure. Notifications of price increases will always be provided at least 30 days in advance.
Cancellation Notice Period
All domain, hosting, retainer and SEO services require a 30 day cancellation notice period. Social Media Management and Content Management services require a 60 day cancellation notice period. All final payments due on or up until client’s notice period concludes, must be settled in full prior to any migration or handover works commencing.
You must supply us with any copy, images and corporate branding you want used on the site. All artwork must be in high resolution and issued as per the agreed sizes and format. We will invoice separately should we be required to edit client artwork, at our standard hourly rate.
Maintenance and Management Excluded
The fees do not include the monthly maintenance or management services unless otherwise stated and agreed upon. We will bill for any additional maintenance or management services under a separate agreement.
The fees do not include any costs for content writing or photography. We will bill for any additional content creation under a separate agreement.
You will have 7 business days after launch to test the website and request any changes. Any changes requested after the 7-business day trial period will be billed for at an hourly rate under a separate agreement.
The fees exclude any fees for us to apply any form of updates (be it for your content management system, server or anything else) to your site as well as any redevelopment work required to make the site functional if any updates are applied.
Any strategies or tactics we disclosed to you must remain in the highest of confidence and must not be shared with any third parties unless otherwise agreed upon or requested with approval.
Right to market
We reserve the right to include a link at the bottom of the website crediting Engage24 for website development we perform. We reserve the right to showcase any work performed in our portfolio.

- To begin this service, a fully completed application form is required.
- Payment for the first month is required prior to commencement, and each month thereafter.
- Guarantee refund available at 3 months from commencement, and is only claimable for a period of 14 days.
- Guarantee refund can only be paid out if client has fully complied with requests and has provided necessary content, as agreed during the service.
- The 1 hour of our time each month cannot be carried over, it must be used in the invoiced period stipulated on the invoice.
- Cancelation of service is possible at any time with 30 days notice.
