When taking on the SEO for a website not build by ourselves, we need to check a few things. These include how the website was built, the CMS used (if any), the level of SEO completed to date and a few other technicalities. Either way, we’ll get you onboarded ASAP.

Initial Setup Pricing
The site-level SEO technical setup of and first page of content optimisation is charged at a base rate, with subsequent pages billed at a nominal rate thereafter. Expert level SEO requires constant optimisation, review, changing (repeated constantly) within a monthly retainer for best results.

Prices are for initial setup based on a WordPress website. Pricing for setups on other CMS may differ. Ongoing SEO maintenance retainer highly recommended for best results.

There’s an initial setup fee, which includes keyword research and creation of your a personalised improvement plan we’ll create for your business. You’ll get this to keep.
Depending on the plan you choose we’ll spend 2, 5 or 10 hours per month carrying out the actions in the plan and watching you rank! Each quarter we’ll analyse the report together. Monthly fees include our time and license costs for SEO reporting systems.

Prices are for initial setup & monthly fees. 30 day cancellation period applies. Maximum of 100 keywords tracked per client on Silver plan, 150 on the Gold plan and 200 on the Platinum plan. Larger plans available on request. Please note that Setup cost + first month’s fee is due up front and monthly payments thereafter are due in advance. All prices are ex. VAT.
Lead time
This will be dictated by whether we built the website or not, how many pages the website has, it’s current level of SEO, how far the client wants to go with competitor analysis and backlinking, etc. Usually setup projects take between 2 and 8 weeks.
